    Frequently Asked Questions

    Profiles are extruded in 6063, 6062, and 6061 grades. The 6063 alloy is standard for architectural sections, while 6061 is used where higher tensile strength is needed. All alloys are selected and tested as per IS, ISO, and ASTM standards.

    Available finishes include mill finish, anodising, powder coating, electro colouring, wood finishing, and PVDF coating. Finishing work is carried out at our dedicated coating facility, which holds Jotun Approved Applicator status in Kerala.

    The minimum export order quantity is 500 kg. Bulk and long-term supply arrangements can be discussed for competitive pricing and flexible logistics.

    Profiles comply with IS and ISO standards for extrusion quality and dimensional tolerance. Powder coating meets ASTM D-3359 standards, and PVDF coating is available for projects requiring international architectural-grade finishes.
