    Surface Finish Options

    We supply profiles in the following finishes. Our powder coating and finishing operations are carried out by Anjanam Technologies, which holds Jotun Approved Applicator status in Kerala. Projects completed by the finishing division include Tata Consultancy Services Kochi, Kochi International Airport, and Kannur International Airport.

    Mill Finish

    Profiles supplied in the as-extruded condition with no further surface treatment. Suitable for buyers who will apply their own coating or use the profiles in applications where the surface is not exposed.

    Anodising

    An electrochemical treatment that hardens and protects the surface while producing a clean, metallic appearance. Commonly specified for architectural work where durability and low maintenance are priorities.

    Powder Coating

    Available across a wide range of RAL shades and applied to ASTM D-3359 standards. Powder-coated profiles offer uniform colour, UV resistance, and strong protection against surface damage for both interior and exterior use.

    Electro Colouring

    Applied after anodising to produce metallic tones including bronze, champagne, and black. Used in premium architectural and facade applications where a metallic finish is specified.

    Wood Finishing

    A sublimation process that gives aluminium sections a wood grain appearance while retaining all the practical properties of aluminium. Used for windows, doors, partitions, and furniture.

    PVDF Coating

    The highest-performance coating option for external exposure. PVDF-coated profiles are suited to curtain wall systems and facades where international architectural-grade weather resistance and long-term colour stability are required.
